Chef Giordan did an amazing job for our wedding night dinner. He was able to make modifications based on our allergies and dislikes. The quality of the food he picked was superb. The steak melted in our mouths and the fritters blew our mind especially with his roasted garlic and herb aioli. It was so flavorful and well balanced. Don’t ever skip the focaccia. It was one of the best I ever had. I wish I asked him what he used in the oil blend because it tasted amazing as well. For the main dish we had bone in ribeye steak, whipped potatoes, and asparagus. All of them were amazing. I wish the potatoes had a little bit more flavoring but they were still great none the less. For dessert he made us a cheesecake that was so light and airy along with homemade whipped cream. Over all the food was outstanding. He left behind some leftovers which was so appreciated. He was very professional and left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. His communication pre dinner was also excellent. He checked in on every step of the process. I would book him again!
